Lead Carpenter:
This candidate should have knowledge and experience with power tools and be able to communicate well with customers and other employees. 10 years+ of specialty trim carpentry at a minimum. Must be able to manage schedule and collect materials when needed.

Project Coordinator

Eden & Gray’s Project Coordinators are the glue between our design, construction teams, and our amazing clients. From approved design to final punch list, you’ll ensure projects flow smoothly, materials are on site, subcontractors are scheduled, and clients feel cared for at every step.

Would you love to coordinate high-end residential remodeling projects from start to finish. You'll be able to bring order to chaos by managing materials: tracking orders. You'll bring delight to clients by maintaining daily logs to document progress with photos and notes on every developing construction project. You'll support client communication: attend meetings, answer questions and be the master of to dos. ​​

We are on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, hard-working and dependable individual with technical skills in interior design.
This candidate should have proficient knowledge and experience with Chief Architect, Office Suite, Adobe, and like programs. Must be in process or have completed B.A. in interior design or architecture. Must have worked 5 years in residential design and have an NCIDQ License.

Tasks include full design renderings and drawings, communications with clients, ability to specify cabinetry, kitchen planning, and a high level of organization and ability to self-manage. You will be expected to help with the organization of the product library, vendor communication and scheduling, retail, and inventory support.

​Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug screening.

We are on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, hard-working and dependable individual with technical skills in interior design.
This candidate should have knowledge and experience with Chief Architect or Revit, Sketch Up, Office Suite, Adobe, and like programs. Must be in process or have completed B.A. in interior design or architecture.

Tasks include full design renderings and drawings, communications with clients, ability to specify cabinetry, kitchen planning, and a high level of organization and ability to self manage. You will be expected to help with organization of product library, vendor communication and scheduling, retail, and inventory support.
​
​Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug screening.
​​
This is a part time hourly position. Pay rate based on experience. This is a temporary position with opportunity for future employment. A flat fee stipend for an 8 week period of time will be determined along with a few other education benefits.
Project Coordination Internship - open for Summer 2026
We are on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, hard-working and dependable individual with technical skills in interior design or event management.
This candidate should have knowledge and experience with reading plans, managing schedules or is on the journey to gain education in this industry.
​
Tasks include communications support for our construction team, picking up materials and ensuring everyone is setup for success onsite, ability to coordinate parts of the process as they transition from design to construction. Must be extremely team oriented and have a positive attitude not affected by the chaos of construction.

​Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug screening.
​​
This is an internship position. Pay rate based on experience. This is a temporary position with opportunity for future employment. A flat fee stipend for an 8 week period of time will be determined along with a few other education benefits.
