URBANDALE HOME RENOVATION
This family home was in need of a major brightening. Suffering from both non function and dreary aesthetic the client was craving light and order.
Wanting to serve her large and active family with plenty of seating for watching tv together, family meals, and homework was top of mind during this full home remodel.
Mixing in new furnishings, rugs, and window treatments completed the new traditional stylings we added to the space. All of these additions turned this house into a home that boasts of personality and customization.
The coffered ceiling, statement entry staircase, and intricate custom built-ins set the stage for this home, making it feel crisp and traditional. The client has a history and passion for historic homes so we invested time and resource into incorporating old world styles into this suburban Iowa home.
No room was left untouched to allow for consistency and peace throughout the home.
Once the construction dust had settled this client took full advantage of our custom furniture and styling package. New window treatments grace the "eyes" of the house by offering function and form.
We were able to incorporate our Sherrill branded sectional and many pieces from our trade only sources to bring a one of a kind look that neighbors can not replicate with out the help of a professional.
This project was the perfect representation of luxury meets everyday family living.
