When we first saw this house, it hadn't been updated since it was built almost forty years ago. This gave us the opportunity to completely demo and start over with a blank slate. ​

When selecting finishes for the mudroom, we coordinated with the new kitchen but brought in warmer tones. The white cabinets balance the wood countertops and terracotta toned floors. The laundry was originally behind bifold doors in a closet, but we opened the space up and added a mudroom bench for ultimate functionality.
